Breaking News!

Did you know you can cook eggs in a muffin pan???  Thanks to Pinterest, I found THIS site and recipe for breakfast sandwiches.  And ya cook the eggs in a muffin pan!  Maybe I'm just really slow and this has been a well known fact for ages, but I was so excited and had to try it!  Tonight we had "breakfast for supper" and I couldn't believe how PERFECT the eggs turned out!  My boys gobbled them down.  My little world is happy tonight.  =)
