The Toad and the Trampoline

I thought I had found a fun idea on Pinterest......use sidewalk chalk to decorate the trampoline!  Then put the sprinkler on to wash it off and have some water fun!  My boys thought this sounded like a great idea!

After about five minutes of drawing, Zach noticed a toad hopping close by.  And that was it for the chalk,.........Zach turned the sprinkler on, tossed that toad onto the trampoline, and both boys jumped like CRAZY!  The toad flipped and flopped and bounced and Zach and Luke laughed hysterically!  Can you see the poor little thing in the middle of the picture?

That toad didn't know what had hit it!  It survived, and after a rest on the ground, quickly hopped away, out of our yard. 

Boys will be boys.  :)
