I found this pin for how to preserve pumpkins. I always buy pumpkins the beginning of October to decorate with inside and hope they'll look ok through Thanksgiving. This year I followed the suggestions given and my pumpkins are looking great!

I've never seen that before but I will most definately remember this! How clever! We decorate way early for Christmas, so our pumpkins only hang around until the first week of November, so so far they've been fine.
